We have no contact, but every once in a while, I dream about him. I wake up in a frenzy, but then calm down, knowing it was just a dream. I calm down and go back to sleep. How do you feel during a dream? Do you wake up and your heart is racing? Please write it down, get more sleep, and review your dream journal when you wake up.
3. Look for Emotional Signposts
Be sure to pay attention to how you felt during the dream. Emotions sometimes reveal deeper layers of spiritual meaning. Did you feel anxious, peaceful, or confused? These types of emotions can help guide you to where in your life these messages may apply.
4. Symbols
Some symbols that appear in your mind when you are asleep could be animals or spirit guides. It could also include elements such as air, water, and fire. If the meaning is not clear right away, that is okay. Take some time to discover and research what those symbols might represent for you.
5. Clarify Your Desires
Try to identify what you want to learn through your dreams. It helps guide the interpretation of what types of messages you receive.
