- Once the water has boiled, pour the freshly harvested lemon balm leaves into a teapot or straight into your mug. Pour the water over the leaves to fully submerge them.

- Two tsp organic lemon balm leaves

- One large apple, cut.

- Honey-optional.
How to make Lemon Balm, Lavender, and Apple Iced Tea
- Quickly bring the water to a boil in a stovetop pan or with a temperature-controlled teapot.
- After turning off the heat, soak the lavender and lemon balm leaves in the heated water for five minutes.
- Once the tea mixture has cooled to room temperature, add the honey. Sift the tea leaves and fresh herbs out.
- Cut the apples into thin slices after transferring the mixture into a big glass pitcher.
